Thank you for your interest in becoming a dealer for NEOPLex! Wholesale ordering from Flag and Sign USA is easy! We have an attractive pricing structure that begins with no minimum order, or order fulfillment requirements! We are providing quality and convenience one flag at a time!

If you would like to establish a wholesale account, we will do that for you upon your first order! Upon receipt and approval of your information, we will setup an online account and e-mail you a special dealer code that will give the wholesale pricing discount for our products on our website. Purchasing online using a credit card is the most expedient way to process an order; but if you'd prefer, we can accept payments via PayPal, or establish NET 30 terms. For an application to establish NET 30 terms please email your request to info@flagandsignusa.com and we will be hapy to discuss the process with you.

1.  I am engaged in the business of re-selling tangible property from Flag and Sign USA. 
2. Please include your Resale Certificate Number upon initial order!
3. I will resell the item(s) listed in paragraph 4, which I am purchasing under this resale certificate in the form of tangible personal property in the regular course of my business operations, and I will do so prior to making any use of the item(s) other than demonstration and display while holding the item(s) for sale in the regular course of my business. I understand that if I use the item(s) purchased under this certificate in any manner other than as just described, I will owe use tax based on each item's purchase price or as otherwise provided by law.
4. Description of property to be purchased for resale: Official Flag and Sign USA merchandise, including but not limited to advertising mercahndise.
