Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Flag and Sign reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. International orders are accepted, but may be accepted under certain terms. We request that all international orders are phoned in to our sales department to 360-423-1840 ext 220.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Flag and Sign shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Flag and Sign shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Flag and Sign shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return and Cancellation Policies
Call or write for authorization to return within 10 days of receipt of merchandise, authorized for return merchandise must be received within 10 days. Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return the carton by UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Mark the authorization number on the outside of the carton returned. NO COD RETURNS. All returns subject to inspection before credit is given, items must be in new condition. Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any product shipped at our expense that needs to be returned to us, should be done so at the expense of the purchaser. We do not accept COD shipments.
Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.
Shipping
Flag and Sign ships UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail for domestic and Priority Global Guaranteed Service for international shipping. Shipping service may vary without notice and is the sole decision of Flag and Sign. International orders are accepted, but we do require call in orders for this action.
Customs and Import Duties Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Flag and Sign, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Returned Checks
Flag and Sign charges customers for collection and legal fees plus a $25.00 fee for any returned checks. Collection and legal fees will be charged to the customer for all returned for collection credit card sales. Flag and Sign prosecutes all fraudulent sales!
