Shipping & Returns: Our shipping and handling fee is just a flat rate of $5 per order anywhere in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will cost more on a case by case basis. We will figure the exact cost to those areas and notify you of the exact fee for your approval. Custom orders, oversized items, and quantity orders are subject to additional shipping fees.
Your product will be insured for it's full value through the freight company. This insurance covers theft and mysterious disappearance, BUT NOT DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT.
Always examine the product carefully at the time of delivery and have the driver note any damage, no matter how insignificant! This nearly always guarantees payment from the carrier. If damage is discovered later the carrier will send an inspector. YOU MUST HAVE THE BOX AND THE UNUSED PRODUCT ON HAND FOR INSPECTION.
Flag and Sign USA will do all the paperwork and file the claim in your behalf. Immediately call 1-800-451-9779 and customer service will guide you through the procedure, and in most situations re-ship you a new item while the claim is in process.

Always call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number. Items returned without an RA will be refused. Products that are determined by R&T not to be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Returns will not be considered after 30 days of you receiving ANY products.
Custom products are generally NOT returnable. If a custom order is approved for return, you will be responsible for no less than 50% restocking fee, and you must get authorization before a return will be accepted.
Regarding Custom Orders: Final examination for accuracy is your responsibility. Before giving approval, please examine all proofs carefully for the accuracy of information presented including: spelling, punctuation, numbers, graphics, colors, sizes and general layout. It is your responsibility to provide PMS colors for reference. If you do not reference PMS colors to match, returns/refunds are NOT applicable on color misprint.
